YIN YOGA & MEDITATION with Angie Sherlock

This two hour session will blend guided meditation with crystal sound bowls and yin yoga practice, encouraging a sense of inner stillness, relaxation and connection to breath. 

A practice of release, gentleness and patience; Yin yoga is a slow, deep floor-based practice, where poses are held for longer to allow softening and release. The workshop will offer a deep physical stretch, targeting both the deep connective tissues between the muscles and the fascia throughout the body; mind calming through body & breath awareness; and deeper levels of presence.

Please wear loose comfortable layers.  You are welcome to bring your own blanket, plus an extra mat for a more padded floor experience.
