At some point, most people have experienced some kind of back pain, injury or trauma. In this workshop, we will investigate this pain with the intention to heal your back to allow you to evolve.
Forrest Yoga is founded on the principles of Breath, Strength, Integrity & Spirit and is well-known for its intensity with long holding positions and strong abdominal work. This introduction to Forrest Yoga will encourage a deeper connection to your feelings in order to work through physical and emotional trauma. A number of poses will also be adapted to help treat other common ailments of modern society, such as swampy guts, wrist strain and phone neck.
