I'm delighted to welcome Julia Karnacz to Studio 54 with a new weekly class for children after school Tuesday 4-4:45pm  to learn new postures, whilst exploring the benefits through discussion growing understanding of their physical self. ‘Mindful Moments’ always play a large role in these sessions; teaching children to tune in with their minds as well as their bodies. Suitable for all levels.

Pregnancy Relaxation Class with Anna Robertson

Join local Hypnobirthing practitioner Anna Robertson for this gorgeous slice of pure chilled out bliss. Anna will be running her classes every Saturday from 11am to 12am here at Studio 54. Take time out from it all and give yourself an hour to unwind, connect with yourself & your baby and deeply relax. 

Anna has created a class with guided relaxations, calming breathing techniques, mindset tips, plus a discussion each week on a birthing theme. The class is perfect for whatever stage of pregnancy you’re at, if you’re waiting to do your Hypnobirthing classes, you’ve finished your classes or if you’ve never done Hypnobirthing before!

The course has been designed to support pregnant women to feel empowered and informed and the goal is to have a positive birth experience, whatever kind of birth you have. You can feel confident in the knowledge that all birth is amazing. Find out more about Anna and her classes via her website

If you've been to class lately you might've noticed the glitterball... well by popular demand DISCO YOGA is coming to Studio 54! Doors open at 7pm with Disco Yoga between 7:30-8:30pm.


It's all part of our Feelgood Fridays and this month we'll turn on the party lights and practice a fun, funky and flowing workout to a disco soundtrack! It's going to be as friendly and relaxed as ever, just rock up and get into your yoga groove!

Super-soulful musician, DJ and fellow yogi Andrew Ashong will be providing our soundtrack! Check him out @andrewashong

GONG BATH with Junior Valentine June 29th 7.30pm FEELGOOD FRIDAY! (SOLD OUT)

Junior Valentine returns to Studio 54 for this month's immersive GONG BATH.

A Gong Bath is a form of sound therapy where the gong is played in a therapeutic way to bring about deep relaxation and release. Just lie back and let the sound vibrations flow through your body and mind. 

✨Junior’s sessions are “about setting and holding space, connecting to the divine energy and allowing the gong recipients to feel safe and comfortable, so the process of sound healing and profound relaxation can begin.”✨

The Gong Bath costs £15 in advance (or £18 on the day) and lasts for 1hr - please bring a pillow and blanket for extra comfort!

In celebration of INTERNATIONAL DAY OF YOGA and the Summer Solstice, Studio 54 will be open all day on June 21st! Pop in for a class, pick up a timetable, or stay for a herbal tea and check out our new back yard... hopefully the sun will shine!

International day of yoga

Warm Yin Yoga & Meditation with Angie Sherlock Sat 23rd June 2-4pm

This workshop will be deeply relaxing and therapeutic with very little movement yet the benefits are profound.

Yin yoga gently increases flexibility as it targets the (usually stiff) deep connective tissues between the muscles, so you’re getting a completely different kind of stretch from other forms of yoga. The aim is to increase circulation and flexibility as the poses stretch and exercise the bone and joint areas. This practice is a also form of meditation and helps you learn how to surrender, not just on the mat, but in all areas of your life. It’s a great tool for those with anxiety as it encourages you to sit with yourself. Offering a variety of slow static postures performed whilst lying/sitting down allowing the body to restore, guided meditation with crystal sound bowls and a beautiful yin practice, encouraging deeper levels of presence and stillness.

You are welcome to bring your own blanket, plus an extra mat for a more padded floor experience. Please wear loose comfortable layers. The workshop costs £30 for 2hrs. Suitable for all levels.
